摘要
为进一步研究舰艇结构的抗爆抗冲击能力,利用非药式水下爆炸冲击波加载装置对气背固支5A06铝合金圆板进行了水下冲击波加载实验,并利用高速摄影技术记录了靶板变形的详细过程,得到了固支圆板在水下爆炸冲击波载荷作用下的变形历程,比较分析了不同冲击波强度对靶板变形模式的影响。通过对加载后试件沿半径各点处挠度及减薄量的测量,基于体积不变原理及刚塑性假设得出了一定工况范围内固支圆板的减薄率及整体应变场计算公式,利用该公式得到的计算结果与实验结果吻合良好。
To explore antiexplosion and antishock performance of ship structure, the underwater explosive experiments to 5A06 aluminium alloy clamped circular plate were carried out by nonexplosive underwater shock loading device. A digital highspeed camera was used to record the detailed processes of plate de formation and obtain the deformation history of clamped circular plate under underwater explosive loading. And the effects of the underwater shock wave strength on the plate deformation mode were compared a mong three different experiments. Based on the experimental results, the formulas of reduction rate and strain field of clamped circular plate subjected to underwater explosive loading was obtained after employ ing the same volume principle and rigidplastic assumption. The theoretical calculation results are in good agreement with experiment results.
