Discussion on the condition based maintenance of substation equipment

采用以健康指数量化设备状态的劣化程度,推算出当前状态下的设备故障率,进而确定设备的运行状态;采用Marquardt法推求设备的故障率函数,并结合威布尔分布对设备故障率曲线进行分段拟合,为今后设备状态决策提供一定的技术支持。

Using health index to quantify the degradation degree of equipment state, this paper calculated equipment failure rate of the current state, and determined the operating state of the equipment. It adopted Marquardt method to ascertain the equipment failure rate function. Combined with Weibull distribution, the equipment failure rate curve was fitted piecewise, which provided a technical support for equipment state decision.
