摘要：为了解决烧结原料区域皮带机颇多、皮带压料严重的问题，对皮带机输料及运行情况进行了分析，通过对物料特性及漏斗情况的实际考察，设计出一种漏斗防堵料装置，有效保证了皮带机的正常运行。

In order to solve the problems about too many conveyor and serious swaging appeared in sinte- ring material area, the analysis on the feeding and operation conditions of conveyer was carried out, and through actual inspection on the material characteristics and the hopper situation, a kind of anti-blocking device of hopper was designed, then the normal running of conveyer was ensured effectively.
