本文介绍了电工电子产品球压试验的设备、样品的制作、试验样品和设备的预处理和试验步骤和压痕直径的测量,并结合CTL决议的要求对试验的关键环节进行了分析。
This paper introduces the design, producing, preprocessing, testing and indentation diameter measurements of equipments and samples of electric and electronic products in ball-pressure test, providing the analysis of the key procedures of the test combined with the requirements of CTL decision.
