摘要
退火是光学玻璃加工的重要工艺过程。用于空间光学遥感器的平板光学玻璃的热特性及热控措施具有特殊的要求 ,因此其退火过程也具有一定的特殊性。本文的重点工作是利用有限元法、针对全部镀膜后的光学玻璃在退火工艺过程中的温度场及热弹性变形进行分析计算 。
Annealing treatment is a key process to manufacturing a piece of fine glass. Special treatment should be done for the plate glass used in a space optical instrument because of its thermal property and thermal control. Finite element method is employed to calculate the temperature field and thermal deformation during annealing treatment of a film plated glass. The proposal is to find a set of feasible parameters to anneal the glass.
