Utilizing e-commerce services to accelerate the development of agriculture is one of the main paths of trans-forming traditional agriculture to modem agriculture. In this transition process, there exist some industrial barriers such as fol-lows： the relatively backward situation of the agricultural industry, the technical characteristics of the agriculture economic, the quality of agricultural labors, and the layout of the agricultural industry. In addition, the development of agricultural e-com-merce also requires forward thinking on some important issues, by which various types of challenges in the development pro-cess could be addressed.
