摘要
本文通过对宝钢 2 0 50mm精轧机工作辊组合轴承工业测试 ,给出了测试轧机多列滚动轴承载荷分布的新方法。该方法是采取直接测量接触压力分布技术 ,并与间接测试方法进行了比较。该方法所得到的工业生产测试结果为大型板带轧机结构设计及钢铁生产企业提高生产效率和质量都奠定了基础。
A new method of measuring the load distribution of mill multi row roller bearings is prsesnted in the paper after an industrial test for work roll“kombi”bearings (combined cylindrical roller/taper roller bearings) 2050mm hot finisher. The technique of directly measuring the contact pressure was employed and the method compared with the indirect method.The industral test results obtaned laid good foundation for improving the structural design of strip mills on the one hand and for increasing the production efficiency and product quality of steel enterprises on the other.
