我院临床药师处方审核管理系统运行前后门诊处方质量对比

Comparison of Outpatient Prescription Performance before and after the Operation of Clinical Pharmacist Prescription Audit and Management System in Our Hospital

目的:探讨为提高医院门诊处方质量的有益创新。方法:对比某院运行临床药师处方审核管理系统前后处方质量的变化,对照《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》规定,抽取该院2011年1-7月门诊处方37 653张和2012年1-7月门诊处方42 665张,比较基本指标变化。结果:2011年1-7月,平均每张处方用药2.5种,抗菌药物使用率平均为47.7%,注射剂使用率平均为37.8%,国家基本药物占处方用药的比例平均为72.0%,药品通用名使用率平均为95.8%,平均每张处方金额为151.5元,处方合格率平均为95.7%;2012年1-7月,平均每张处方用药2.6种,抗菌药物使用率平均为27.9%,注射剂使用率平均为30.3%,国家基本药物占处方用药的比例平均为60.2%,药品通用名使用率为100%,平均每张处方金额为168.7元,处方合格率平均为99.2%。结论:该院通过临床药师处方审核管理系统的运行,处方质量有了显著提升。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the benefit innovation in the quality improvement of outpatient prescription. METHODS： The qualities of prescriptions were compared before and after the operation of clinical pharmacist prescription audit and management system. According to Management Regulations for Hospital Prescription Comment （trial）, 37 653 outpatient prescriptions during Jan.--Jul. 2011 and another 42 665 pieces during Jan.--Jul. 2012 were collected for analyzing the change of basic index. RESULTS： During Jan.--Jul. 2011, 2.5 kinds of drugs were prescribed per prescription averagely, the utilization rate of antibiotics and injections were 47.7% and 37.8% in average, respectively; the percentages of essential drugs in prescription were 72.0%, and the utilization rate of generic name was 95.8% averagely; the average cost of per prescription was 151.5 yuan while the qualified prescription took up 95,7%. During Jan.--Jul. 2012, 2.6 kinds of drugs was prescribed per prescription; the utilization rate of antibiotics and injection were 27.9% and 30.3%, respectively; the percentage of essential drugs in prescription were 60.2%, and the utilization rate of generic name was 100% ; the average cost of per prescription was 168.7 yuan while the qualified prescription took up 99.2%. CONCLUSIONS： The prescription performance has been improved significantly through the operation of prescription audit and management system of clinical pharmacist.
