我院临床合理用药专家质询制度的建立、实施及体会

Establishment,Implementation and Experience of“Expert Inquiry System of Rational Drug Use in the Clinic”in Our Hospital

目的:进一步监督和规范院内各级医师的用药行为,为促进临床合理用药提供借鉴。方法:对某院施行临床合理用药专家质询制度前后的药事状况进行比较和分析。结果与结论:临床合理用药专家质询作为一种干预临床用药行为的行政手段,对规范非特异性药品和抗菌药物的应用、促进临床合理用药、降低医院药占比具有较好的作用,同时也是让临床药师快速成长的一种培育途径。

OBJECTIVE： To standardize and supervise the drug use of doctors and provide reference for promoting rational drug use in the clinic. METHODS： The pharmacy status of a hospital was compared and analyzed before and after the implementation of expert inquiry system of rational drug use. RESULTS＆CONCLUSIONS ： The expert inquiry system of rational drug use in the clinic as administrative means has very good effect on the standardization of nonspecific drug and antibiotics use, promoting rational drug use in the clinic, and reducing the average drug proportion. At the same time it is a rapid way to cultivate clinical pharmacists.
