摘要
简要介绍了当今市场环境的“3Cs”特征,分析了“3Cs”市场环境下客户满意度评价和市场竞争力构成的四个主要要素,建立了“竞争要素一客户满意度配置”模型和“市场需求特征结构”模型,并从经济、非经济和个性基础三方面研究了个性化需求特征的形成机理。
In this paper, the market environment featrues that are customer-oriented and rapidly change and towering competition (3Cs) are summarized. The four principally elements of evaluating customer satisfaction and constituting marketing competitive power in '3Cs'environments are analysised. The models of 'competition elements-customer satisfaction deployment' and 'the framework of market requiring feature' are formed. The forming causation of personality requiring feature is studied though three aspects those are economy and noneconomy and personality foundation.
