摘要
压力性溃疡(压疮)是老年卧床患者的常见病和多发病,针对压疮的病因和危险因素,利用评价工具早期识别压疮,采取综合措施预防和控制压疮是社区护理的重要内容之一。
Pressure ulcer is a common disease of the elderly bedridden patients. Taking general methods to prevent and control pressure ulcer is one of the important contents of community nursing facing the etiology of pressure ulcer and risk factors, and making use of the evaluation tools to early identify pressure ulcers.
