红外隐身用相变微胶囊材料的制备 被引量:9

Preparation of phase change microcapsules materials for infrared stealth

摘要 以丙烯酸为囊壁材料,石蜡为囊芯,采用原位聚合法制备了相变微胶囊材料。利用SEM和FTIR表征了所制备相变微胶囊的形貌和化学结构。相变微胶囊的DSC测试表明,相变温度在37℃左右,相变潜热在144J/g左右,达到了红外隐身所要求的较高热焓值,并将其填充在可控加热的金属板内,红外成像图显示具有明显的降温功能。 Phase change microcapsules materials were prepared by in-situ polymerization, with acrylic acid as the wall material, paraffin as the core material. The morphologies and chemical structures of the phase change microcapsules materials were characterized by XRD and FTIR. The thermal properties of phase change microcapsules materials were tested by DSC. The results showed that their phase change temperature was about 37℃, and latent heat of phase transformation in the 144J/g, reaching a high infrared stealth required enthalpy, and Fill it in a controlled and heated metal plate, infrared imaging shows a clear cooling function.
