摘要
川西致密气藏岩石致密、抗压强度高,导致钻具极易疲劳损坏,频繁起下钻,钻井周期长。针对以上钻井难点,主要从井身结构优化、有限元分析、动态钻井模拟、钻具组合优化和钻头优化设计方面进行分析,设计出适合该地区的井身结构、钻具组合和PDC钻头结构,达到了降低钻井风险,减少处理复杂情况的时间,提高机械钻速,降低钻井成本的目的。
The high density and compressive strength of the rock in western Sichuan easily leads to the fatigue damage of drilling tool, frequent tripping and long drilling cycle. For this reason, the wellbore structure, the drilling tool combination and the PDC bit strncture suitable for the tight reservoir in this area are designed by wellbore structure optimization, finite element analysis, dynamic drilling simulation, drilling tool combination optimization and bit design optimization, which reduces drilling risk and drilling cost, shortens the time consumed for treating complex situation, and increases drilling speed.
