摘要
依据分形理论,研究了磨合期相匹配的表面的分形特征。通过试验证明,磨合匹配的表面轮廓在一定尺度范围内存在着显著的分形特征。根据试验获得的磨合期匹配表面的分形曲线图,提出了两种判定磨合期的方法:①磨合期匹配表面的分形维数的变化趋势判定法。②磨合期匹配表面的计算分形维数的差值判定法。
Based on fractal theory, the fractal features of runniog-in surface are discussed. Experiments show that running-in surface within a limited dimension has remakable fractal feature. Two methods of defining the running-in period are unprecedentedly introduced and explained, namely①defining by the changing of fractal dimension of running-in surface.② defining by the difference of the fractal dimensions between two running-in matching surfaces. Also, a fractal curve of running-in surface concluded from experiments is dearly illustrated, which is virtually the foundation of the two hypothetical ways.
