It is one of the key techniques in stellar interferometer,to have the parallel control of the coherent beams by means of correction technique of wavefront direction,and to keep the loss of the visibility of the interfering stripes minimum.In this paper,the principle and the design of the correction system of wavefront direction are described at first.Moreover,the 8098 control unit,the high voltage driver,the structure design of the tip tilt mirror and the driving mechanism of the piezoelectric transducer are discussed.Finally,the test method of correlation analysis based on high speed CCD camera which is applied to testing the frequency response of the tip tilt mirror and other parameters is introduced.
