摘要
在综合当前居住小区模式几种提法及内涵的基础上,根据人居环境满足可持续发展的原则,给出面向普通居民的21世纪城市居住小区新模式——现代绿色小区,为城市住宅建设提供一种新思路和新选择.
Based on synthesizing some formulations and connotation of urban residential quarter at present, and according to sustainable development principle, a new model is established for urban residential quarter for the common residents in 21st century in order to supply a new thought and selection for construction of urban residence.
