圆柱面过盈联接的可靠度优化与可靠性优化设计

Optimization of reliability and optimum design in consideration of reliability for cylindrical interference articulation

这里利用可靠性设计和优化技术对圆柱面过盈联接进行了分析研究 ,较好的解决了以下两个方面的问题 :( 1)在给定条件下实现最大的可靠度 ;( 2 )按预定的可靠度设计过盈联接。这里介绍的方法对简化过盈联接的设计计算 ,提高过盈联接的工作可靠性有较大的工程价值。

In this paper,reliability design and optimum technique are used to analyze and study the interference articulation,two problems are resolved in a better way:(1) to reach the maximal working reliability in a set condition;(2) according to the predetermined reliability to design interference articulation.These studied results will be of great value to engineering in simplifying the design calculation of interference articulation and improving the working reliability of interference articulation.
