摘要
采用直流电加热方法 ,实现了塑料管接头的静态焊接 ,确定了加热功率等工艺参数指标 ,初步讨论了工艺参数对焊接质量的影响 ,提出了静态电热焊接方法在塑料焊接方面的适用性。
Silen stock tube joints'static welding can be done by the use of D.C. heating.Processing parameters and index such as heating power are determined.The author primarily discusses the effects of processing parameters on welding quality.The applicability of static electric heating welding method in silent stock tube welding is offered.
