摘要
叶绿素荧光动力学在植物光合作用研究中的光系统之间的能量传递、荧光淬灭分析和环境逆境生理的研究中起着重要作用。本文讨论了叶绿素荧光动力学的基本原理和主要参数的意义,并阐述其在热带作物研究领域中的应用。
Chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics played a crucial role in photosynthesis research, such as energy dispersion between two Photosystems, fluorescence quenching analysis and environmental stresses studies. In this paper, the basic principle and significance of main chlorophyll fluorescence kinetic were discussed. The application of chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics in tropical crops research was reviewed.
