关于我国财政收支增长与经济增长的实证分析

QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS ON THE GROWTH OF OUR FINA-NCIAL INCOME AND EXPENSES AND ECONOMIC GROWTH

财政收支增长与经济增长具有非常密切的关系。运用计量经济学方法 ,对我国财政收支与经济增长中的有关问题进行了实证分析。结果表明 :我国财政支出规模对经济增长具有非常明显的相关关系 ,但由于我国财政体制相对不完善 ,财政支出的结构不合理 ,致使我国财政收入的增长落后于经济增长 ,弱化了财政政策的宏观调控职能。在此基础上 ,对今后我国财政政策的选择、调整和运用等提出了相应的对策。

The growth of our financial income and expenses and the growth of economy are closely related.The problems about the growth of our financial income and expenses and economic growth are analyzed with the method of econometric. The result shows that there is an explicit relationship between the scale of our financial income and expenses and economic growth. Because of our incomplete financial system and unscientific structure of our financial expenses,the growth of our financial income lagged behind that of economy and weakened the functions of financial policy in macroeconomic control.Some countermeasures on the option, adjustment and exertion of our financial policy are put forward.
