摘要
企业信息化管理给企业的发展带来了巨大的变革,提升了企业的生产管理水平。对于县域经济中的中小企业,纺织企业较多,信息化程度不高,信息技术的发展给这类企业带来了巨大的机遇。从信息化管理的意义入手,对潜山经济开发区内纺织企业的龙头———潜山华茂进行调研分析,详细介绍了企业的生产管理现状,查询信息化使用重点和发展方向,研究纺织企业信息化管理升级改造的模式。
Information-based company management has brought huge change to the development of company , and promoted the production management level .For small and medium -sized enterprises in county economy , there are many textile companies which have low level in informationization , and the development of information technology has big chance to them .From the information-based management view , it provides a case study of Huamao Textile Company which is a leading company in Qianshan economic development zone .It shows the de-tail production management situation , analyzes the key points and development directions , and discusses the in-formation-based upgrading model .
