摘要
采用分光光度法在505nm处测定锗的含量(质量浓度ρ),实验结果表明,锗的含量在0.25~1.10μg/mL范围内,吸光度与含量成线性关系.实验测定了枸杞、当归等实际样品,回收率为92.0%~103.5%.该方法不需对样品进行分离,适用于对实际样品中微量锗含量的测定.
The spectrophotometry was used for the determination of germanium content at 505 nm. The result shows that the absorbance is proportional to the concentration of germanium in the range of 0.25-1.10 μg/mL. The method were used to determine germanium content in medlar and angelica, samples, the recovery ratio can reach 92.0%-103.5%. The method is applicable to determine germanium at trace level, it is no need to separate samples.
