摘要 葡萄酒质量评价是一个多因素、非线性的复杂过程,为了提高评价结果的准确性,在构建评价指标体系的基础上,利用离散Hopfield神经网络建立了葡萄酒质量评价的数学模型,并通过Matlab神经网络工具箱对葡萄酒质量评价进行仿真试验.结果表明,该模型提高了葡萄酒质量评价的准确性,评价结果对葡萄酒的生产和市场定位具有一定的参考意义. The quality evaluation of grape wine is a complex process with multiple factors and nonlinear. In order to improve the evaluation accuracy, a mathematical model of the quality evaluation for grape wine was established based on the evaluation index system by using the discrete Hopfield neural network,then the simulation experiment was carried out with Matlab toolbox. The result shows that the model can for grape improve the accuracy of the quality eval wine's production and market positioning. and the result will provide a certain reference
