摘要
分析了射频识别(RFID)技术在汽车喷油泵生产线上的应用优势和应用需求,详细阐述了喷油泵生产线上RFID技术的具体应用模式.通过在生产线上架设多个RFID信息采集点,利用单片机控制RFID读写器向电子标签自动读取产品信息和写入操作人员工号.利用LabVIEW软件开发上位机软件读取电子标签中的信息,进而能可靠地获取流水线上的喷油泵和调试该部件的所有人员的信息,实现对喷油泵信息的跟踪和管理,保证生产线各零部件的动态供应,同时实现工位的可视化作业.
Based on the analysis of advantages and application requirements of radio frequency identification (RFID) technology in oil injection pump production line, a specific application mode of RFID technology in oil injection pump production line was elaborated. Through setting up a series of RFID information collection points in the auto production line, the RFID reader was controlled to read and write the information of products and worker numbers in electronic labels. The LabVIEW software was used to develop a kind of PC software in order to read the information in the electronic labels. The technology can track and manage all information of oil injection pump and workers in the production line, ensure dynamic supplyment of production line parts, and achieve location visualization operation.
