摘要
搭建了模拟合硫油品储罐腐蚀产物的硫化试验装置,制备引发舍硫油品储罐自燃火灾的铁锈模拟物的硫化腐蚀产物试验样品,以硫化产物为基础进行氧化实验,研究腐蚀产物的氧化规律。结果表明,硫化产物的氧化反应前期升温明显,温升梯度逐渐增大;氧气体积分数越大,氧化达到的最高温度越高,所用时间越短;将氧气体积分数控制在3.0%~5.0%,可以有效地控制铁锈模拟物硫化产物的氧化放热。
The sulfuration experiment equipment was built. Through this equipment, the sulfurized products of simulated rust can be prepared. These testing samples are the material ba- ses of the oxidization experiments. Results showed that the ear- ly stage of oxidization of sulfurized products has significant tem- perature rise, and the temperature gradient increase too; the bigger the oxygen concentration, the higher the temperature peak value, and the shorter the time needed; controlling the ox- ygen concentration in the range from 3.0 % to 5.0%, can effec tively control the exothermic oxidation of the sulfurized prod uets.
