摘要
采用热重法研究了基质沥青和Mg(OH)2阻燃沥青的燃烧特性。实验发现:为了保证沥青的低温抗裂性能,Mg(OH)2添加比例不宜超过25%;添加Mg(OH)2后沥青的阻燃性能明显提高,其燃烧的挥发分析出阶段的峰值温度推后49℃,随后的胶质分解阶段和沥青质残炭燃烧阶段也均被延迟;通过Guass分峰验证了Mg(OH)2的阻燃机理为其分解反应产生的吸热、稀释和阻隔等物理作用。
Combustion characteristics of bitumen and bitumen with Mg(OH)2 were studied by thermo gravimetric analysis. It was shown that, in order to ensure the low-temperature crack- ing resistance of bitumen, the addition ratio of Mg(OH)2 should not exceed 25% ; the thermal stability of bitumen is im- proved by mixing Mg(OH)2 : the peak temperature of the stage of oil content release was postponed by 49 C, and the tempera ture of stage of resins pyrolysis and stage of asphaltenes/char combustion were also delayed; by Gauss peak fitting of DTG curves, the flame retardant mechanism of Mg(OH)2 can be concluded as the cooling, dilution, and blocking effects from Mg(OH)2 thermal decomposition.
