Role of campus culture in growth of medical students——A case study of Capital Medical University

大学文化建设对大学生的价值理念的形成和学校历史文脉的传承有着影响作用。文章以首都医科大学为个案,通过对精神文化、制度文化、环境文化等方面的校园文化建设,说明校园文化对医学生终极价值观形成的意义和医学生自身成长的作用。

The campus culture takes an important role in the building of university students＇personal value and the inheritance of histor-ical culture. So this paper takes the Health and Family Medical College of Capital Medical University as a case to study the effect of the campus culture, which includes a colleagueg spirit, regulations, and natural environment in the ultimate value building and growth of medical students.
