摘要
我国农村医学高等教育人才严重匮乏,与医学高等教育人才就业难形成强烈反差。文章从资源稀缺性、收入分配不均衡以及成本与收益的角度对我国农村医学高等教育人才匮乏的现状进行了经济学分析,提出改变这种困境可以通过医生"轮岗制"、"订单式"培养、城乡医疗机构"联姻"、加强德育教育、提供高福利保障、对现有农村医生进行继续教育以及制度保障等措施实现。
In Chinag rural area, the talents of higher medical education are critically scarce, which is strongly contrasted with the diffi-cult employment. This paper makes the economic analysis on the issue from the aspects of resource scarcity, imbalanced income distri-bution and comparison of outcomes and inputs, and draws the conclusion, which can solve the problem through doctors'job rotation, "order" style training model, "marriage" between urban and rural medical institutions, strengthening the moral education, high wel-fare, continuing education, etc.
