综合性大学临床医学专业学位研究生培养的问题及对策

Problems on cultivation of clinical medicine postgraduates for professional degree and their possible solutions in comprehensive universities

临床医学专业学位硕士研究生的培养应着眼于解决实际问题的高层次应用型临床医学人才为主要目标,核心是培养研究生的临床诊疗能力和临床操作技能。但目前培养过程中出现的各种问题均制约了研究生的培养,影响了研究生的培养质量。文章首先介绍了我国设置临床医学专业学位的背景及历史概述,结合本校医学院临床医学专业学位研究生培养过程中出现的问题进行了分析,并探讨了可行的解决对策。

The cultivation of clinical medical postgraduates should focus on high level applied clinical medical talents who are able to solve practical problems as the main target; the core of education is to cultivate clinical ability and the clinical operation skill of gradu-ate students. Bnt the presence of various problems in the proeess of training graduate students are restricting and affecting the training quality and clinical operation ability of graduate students. Based on the background and history of our professional degree in clinical medicine, problems thai appeared in the process of training graduate students for professional degree of clinical medicine were ana- lyzed, and feasible countermeasures were discussed.
