几种五加属植物花粉形态的扫描电镜观察

SEM observation on the pollens of four species in Acanthopanax

目的研究五加属(Acanthopanax)细柱五加(A.gracilistylus)、三叶五加(A.gracilistylus var.trifoliolatus)、浙江五加(A.zhejiangensis)和藤五加(A.leucorrhizus)的花粉形态特征。方法利用扫描电子显微镜对五加属四种植物花粉表面微形态进行了观察和比较。结果该属花粉形态基本一致,具有一定的共同特征,即花粉粒形态呈球形或椭球形,外壁纹饰为拟脑状网纹,均具有三孔沟。但在花粉粒的大小、网眼形状和网脊宽度等存在差异,其中三叶五加、浙江五加和藤五加均为首次报道。结论五加属不同种在花粉粒的大小、网眼形状和网脊宽度情况存在明显的差异,这些花粉表面微观形态的差异可作为区别种的鉴定依据。

Objective To study the morphological characteristics of pollen of Acanthopanax gracilistylus,A, gracilistylus var. trifoliola-tus ,A. zhejiangensis and A. leucorrhizus . Methods By means of scanning electron microscope （ SEM）, the surface microtopography of pollen of four Acanthopanax plants were observed and compared. Results Although similar on the whole, the pollens from different popu- lations are of difference on their aperture, size, and ornamentation of exine,the number of the holes and the rericulations erc. There are many differences among the pollens of the plants of these species on morphology, size, and aperture. A. leucorrhizus,A, zhejiangensis and A. gracilistylus var. trifoliolatus were examined for the first time. Conclusion The differences on surface of pollens provide a new evidence for specific identification of the genus.
