摘要
目的介绍分段外剥内扎术的手术方法,探求其对于治疗环状混合痔的疗效。方法对100例环状混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组采用分段外剥内扎术,对照组进行外剥内扎术治疗。结果治疗组在愈合时间、术后1周水肿疼痛、肛门狭窄愈合及肛缘皮赘残留方面明显优于对照组。结论分段外剥内扎术能有效地治疗环状混合痔,具有术后并发症少,痛苦小,疗效确切等优点。
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment results of annular mixed hemorrhoids with the Milligan-Morgan segment. Methods Fifty cases with severe annular mixed hemorrhoids received surgical treatments by Milligan-Morgan Segment and 50 cases received Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy in the Seventh People＇ s Hospital of Changzhou. Results By comparison, Milligan-Morgan segment will shorten postoperative hospital stay,postoperative edema, anal stenosis and mucous eversion occurrence. Conclusions The Milligan-Morgan segment is safe, effective and less painful.
