浅谈陶瓷喷墨用色料的制备技术

Brief Discussion on The Preparation Technology of The pigments in Ceramic Inks for Digital Decoration

本文综述了国内外陶瓷喷墨用色料的研究动态,介绍了喷墨用色料的发展历程、陶瓷喷墨打印技术对色料的要求、陶瓷喷墨用色料的制备技术和发色原理。从尖晶石的发色原理和制备技术方面,探讨了固相烧结法作为当前国内外陶瓷喷墨色料制备的理论和实际依据。最后,提出了一些改进喷墨色料制备技术方面的建议。

The paper has introduced the research and development of the pigments in ceramic inks for digital decoration.A series of development process from the development history,requirements,preparation technology and coloration theory of the pigments in ceramic inks for digital decoration are summarized.Based on the coloration theory and preparation technology of spinel pigments,it is pointed out that the study on the solid-state sintering method is the theoretical and practical basis for the preparation of the pigments in ceramic inks for digital decoration at home and abroad.Finally,some proposals about improving the preparation technology of the ceramic digital decoration pigments were proposed.
