摘要
研究了热机械循环训练对Fe-18Mn-5Si-8Cr-4Ni记忆合金回复应力的影响。结果表明:合金经变形后加热时产生的最大回复应力σh随循环次数的增加而增加,当循环次数达到2时达到最大值156MPa,比不循环训练时的75MPa提高了108%;随后σh将随次数的进一步增加而下降。合金加热后冷却到室温时的回复应力σc随循环次数的增加而增加,在循环次数增加到3时达到最大值255MPa,比不循环训练时的150MPa提高了70%;随后循环次数的增加对σc几乎没有影响。
The effect of thermal-mechanical cycle on the recovery stress of Fe-18Mn-5Si-8Cr-4Ni shape memory alloy has b een studied.The results show that the maximum recovery stress in heati ng,σh,will increase as cycle number increases,when the number is below 2. A maximum value,156MPa,can be attained at 2,which is higher 108% than that of specimen free of cycle.When the number is over 2, σh will decrease.The recovery stress at room temperature after h eating,σc,increases with increasing the cycle number.A maximum val ue,255MPa,can be attained at 3,which is higher 70% than that of spec imen free of cycle;and then the further increase in cycle number has little effect on σc,when the number is over 3.The recovery str ess of Fe-18Mn-5Si-8Cr-4Ni shape memory alloy can be improved by the thermal-mechanical cycle.
