Protection of Farmers' Rights under New Style Urbanization

立足我国经济社会发展现状,从保护新型城镇化进程中农民土地权益、社会保障方面的改革和创新、农民转移就业、重点推进农民工市民化四个方面提出了新型城镇化进程中农民权益保护的相关对策与建议。

Based on China＇s economic and social development, the paper put forward relevant countermeasures and sug- gestions to protect farmers＇ rights in protecting farmers＇ rights to lands under new style urbanization, reform and innova- tion of social security, migration and employment and focusing on promoting migrant citizens of farmers.
