阴极射线激发下荧光粉衰减效应的分析

摘要 大屏幕投影电视的激发密度远远大于普通电视,荧光粉的饱和特性和老化特性成了选择的重要标准。本工作研究了两种绿粉的衰退特性,找出引起变化的机制,并在此基础上改进制备方法,提高了荧光粉的衰退特性。 The degradation behavior of phosphors is a major selection criterion for phosphors.Especially the introduction of high-definiti on Television had increased the importance of the subjuet.The maximum excitation density may be two orders of magnitude larger than in conventional cathode-r ay tube. Under such high loading the degradation increases.In the article, gr een phosphors-ZnSiO4∶Mn and YAGG∶Tb3+ are researched,the relation be tween the parameters of efficient formula and some characters of phosphors is bu ilt up by simple measurements,and the factors -destruction of luminescence cent ers in YAGG∶Tb3+; increasing energy losses in the phosphor host lattice i n ZnSiO4∶Mn and YAGG∶Tb3+ are found out.
