摘要
介绍了一种由π-共轭聚合物聚对苯撑亚乙烯均匀掺杂的块状二氧化硅玻璃复合材料。在实验中,我们采用溶胶-凝胶技术(即Sol-gel技术)制备二氧化硅玻璃,并用Wessling法制备出可溶于普通有机溶剂的聚对苯撑亚乙烯(PPV)的预聚物。将制备得到的玻璃溶胶与PPV的预聚物均匀混合,通过凝胶、挥发、加热等过程得到了聚对苯撑亚乙烯-玻璃块状复合材料,并在复合材料中添加有机玻璃使复合材料的加工性能得到大幅提高,从而获得具有良好光学品质的块状复合材料。我们运用STM、UV及IR对此复合材料进行物理表征。
We report here a bulk composite material blended of an inorganic polymer, silicon glass, and a π-conjugated polymer poly(p-phe nylene vinylene), homogeneously mixed over wide composition ranges.We combine th e sol-gel techniques to silicon glass and synthesize PPV from the water /methan ol-soluble sulphonium salt precursor applied wessling method. The bulk composit e material was prepared by uniformly mixing silicon sol and PPV precursor and th en through the process of gelation , vaporization, heating. To improve the chara cteristics, we dope the composite material with the poly(methyl methacrylate). T he composite material has a good optic quality. We have used STM, UV, FT-IR to analyze the physical property of the composite material.
