摘要 研究了RE-Ni-W-P-SiC多功能复合材料的抗高温氧化性能,结果表明,在高温氧化过程中,纯镍镀层、Ni-W-P、Ni-W-P-SiC和RE-Ni-W-P-SiC复合镀层的氧化膜质量和氧化时间的关系呈混合型曲线,即直线和曲线复合的规律。在氧化时间小于60min时,氧化膜的增长规律近似于直线方程;而在氧化时间大于60min后,它的增长规律可以用幂函数方程表示。4种镀层氧化速率的大小顺序是Ni>Ni-W-P>Ni-W-P-SiC>RE-Ni-W-P-SiC。Ni-W-P、Ni-W-P-SiC和RE-Ni-W-P 3种镀层的氧化膜质量随着氧化温度的升高而呈指数型增加。RE-Ni-W-P-SiC复合镀层与Ni-W-P合金层相比,它的高温抗氧化性能可以提高2~3倍。镀层的截面形貌和X射线衍射图表明, RE-Ni-W-P-SiC复合镀层具有较好的抗高温氧化能力。 Oxidation resistance of high temperature of RE-Ni-W-P-SiC multiple functional composite materials has been studie d. Results show that relationship between weight of oxidized films of pure Ni,Ni-W-P,Ni-W-P-SiC and RE-Ni-W-P-SiC coatings and time of oxidation is mixture curves, i.e. composite principle of linear and c urve.The principle of growth of oxidized films is approximate linear equation when time of oxidation is below 60 mins. However, the principle is shown in the form of power function equation when time of oxidat ion is over 60mins. Rates of oxidation of four coatings are pure Ni >Ni-W-P>Ni-W-P-SiC >RE-Ni-W-P-SiC. The change of weight of oxid ized films of Ni-W-P,Ni-W-P-SiC and RE-Ni-W-P-SiC coatings is r aised in the form of exponential function with increasing temperature of oxidation. Compared with Ni-W-P-SiC composite coating, oxidation re sistance of RE-Ni-W-P-SiC coating is increased 2~3 times. Cross sect ions and X-ray diffractions of the coatings show that RE-Ni-W-P-Si C composite coating has better oxidation resistance of high temperature .
