摘要
研究了炭纤维长度、填充量及表面处理条件对炭纤维/ABS树脂复合材料导电性的影响以及材料导电性同环境温度的相关性。结果表明复合材料的电阻率随着纤维填加量的增多而降低。纤维长度越长,复合材料导电性越好。纤维表面处理后,复合材料电阻率增大,相同纤维填充量下,表面处理时间越长,材料电阻率越大。温度对复合材料电阻率的影响随纤维填加量的增多而减少。而且,纤维表面状态的改变对复合材料的电阻率-温度关系有较大影响。
The effects of the length, content, surface modif ication of carbon fiber (CF) on the conductivity of CF/ABS resin composite was i nvestigated. The resistivity of composites decreased with longer length content of CF and a great deal increased after CF was oxidised.The t emperature also has much influence on the conductivity of composites. Moreover, the composite prepared by different conditions above mentioned showed different temperature-conductivity relationship, which could be attributed to the structu re change of the composite.
