摘要
本文以确凿的事实和认真对"十八大"精神的学习领会,阐论西藏的民主改革是从1951年开始,到1965年基本结束的。1951年"十七条协议"的签订,西藏的和平解放,封建农奴制的旧西藏,就已开始逐渐向着新民主主义——社会主义道路转变,百万农奴就已开始逐渐地走上翻身解放的道路。
Based on historical facts and understanding of the spirit of 18th CPC National Congress, the present paper states that democratic reform in Tibet began from 1951, and ended in 1965. The '17-Article Agreement'in 1951 claims the peaceful liberation of Tibet. From then on, Tibet stepped on Socialism and millions of slave started their new lives.
