摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)法,用酸化方法生成的多钒酸加入到V2O5水溶液中,引发V—OH、V—OH2的无机聚合反应,制备V2O5干凝胶(VXG),且简便快速。IR及XRD分析表明,用这种方法制备的VXG的结构,介于无定型与结晶态之间,整体呈无定型态,局部规整,维持了结晶态的层状结构。VXG的层间距为1.16nm,有序区域大小为5.25nm,约为多钒酸自聚合方法的VXG有序区域的一半。
Vanadium oxide xerogel (VXG) is prepared qu ickly and simply by sol-gel process. V—OH and V—OH2 inorganic polymerization is induced via decavanadic acid adding to vanadium oxide solution.IR,XRD and SEM confirm that it has a layered network.Its in terlayer spacing is 1.16nm, and its ordered zone is 5.25nm. The struc ture of this kind of VXG is between amorphous V2O5 and polycrysta line V2O5.VXG prepared by this new method is more amorphous than those produced by conventional way.
