摘要
案例教学法以其独特的优势在劳动法课程中获得了广泛的应用,给教学注入了活力、增添了趣味。受传统教学理念的影响,案例教学模式单一、教学效果不理想。试以人力资源管理专业劳动法案例教学现状为背景,对现行的案例教学理念进行分析,提出符合时代要求的案例教学理念,以期培养出社会需要的人力资源管理人才。
Case study teaching , with its unique advantages , obtained widespread application in the labor law course and injec-ted vitality into the teaching. Considering the case study teaching of labor law course , the paper analyzed the current concept of case study teaching and proposed some new ideas of case study teaching in order to meet the needs of social development of human resources management.
