摘要
高校女教师职业倦怠研究目前主要集中探讨其产生的原因、调试措施及相关因素分析。研究缺乏深入的理论探讨、创新性不足。未来研究要加大创新性研究。
The current research for job burnout of female teachers is mainly focused on the reasons , debugging measures and related factors analysis . The fact that lack of in - depth theoretical discussion and innovation of the problem need to be discussed.. The future research should be made in the innovation of job burnout research .
