摘要
通过金相实验、透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对原位反应法(XD法)制备的TiC(6%(质量分数))/2618复合材料的显微结构和断口形貌进行了分析。结果表明:XD法制备的TiC(6%(质量分数))/2618复合材料中,TiC颗粒细小(约0.65μm<1μm)、表面光洁、分布基本均匀、且与基体结合良好,这对提高材料的力学性能有利;复合材料的断口基本由细小韧窝组成,其断裂属于韧性断裂。
With the SEM and TEM means,the study has mainly been done on the microstructure and its fragment of the TiC ( 6wt%) /2618 composite prepared by XD method. Results show:In the TiC(6w t%)/2618 composite, the TiC particle has the characteristic of fine si ze (<1μm,about 0.65μm),clear appearance,almost well-distributed, and h as a good bond with the matrix. It is beneficial to enhance the mec hanical properties. The fragment is consist of fine tenacity pits and belongs to tenacity part.
