摘要
近年来,旅游企业之间的竞争愈演愈烈。而作为旅游业三大支柱之一的旅行社业一直都错误地定位在价格方面的底层次竞争上,这样的定位使得旅行社只为满足自身的短期利益,在营业操作上就出现了强迫或变相强迫游客消费的现象,忽视旅行社的长远发展。随着旅游业的发展,强迫游客消费的问题渐渐成为制约旅游业发展的瓶颈。
With the rapidly development of Chinese tourist industry , the competition has been intensified among the tourist en-terprises. However, the competition among the tourist agencies is still focused on the price of the products This lower positioning has just met the short - term interests of tourist agencies which is the result of forcing tourists to consume or ignoring the long - term de-velopment of travel agency. With the development of the tourist industry , the problem of forcing tourists to consume has becomes the bottleneck for the tourist industry.
