社区糖尿病患者自行注射胰岛素的现状调查

Status survey of self-injection of insulin in diabetics in community

目的了解社区糖尿病患者对自行注射胰岛素的相关知识与行为的现状,为制订针对性的护理干预提供依据。方法选择2011年1月—2013年1月就诊于上海市浦东新区金杨社区卫生服务中心糖尿病专科门诊的2型糖尿病患者300例,通过问卷调查和行为观察法了解患者自行注射胰岛素的现状,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 300例患者自行注射胰岛素相关知识平均得分为(66.10±12.39)分,自行注射胰岛素行为平均得分为(69.64±10.02)分,均属中等水平。结论社区糖尿病患者掌握自行注射胰岛素相关知识并不理想,自行胰岛素注射的操作欠规范。因此,在社区糖尿病管理中,应加强对患者注射胰岛素的教育,定期对患者的注射行为进行评估,及时发现问题,适时提供护理干预,有助于社区2型糖尿病患者减少相关不良反应和并发症的发生,提高糖尿病患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the current status of diabetes related knowledge and behavior about self-injection of insulin in diabetics,and to provide the targeted nursing intervention.Methods Questionnaire survey was used to investigate 300 patients with type 2 diabetes who received self-injection of insulin in diabetes clinic of Jinyang Health Services Center in Shanghai from January 2011 to January 2013.Results The average knowledge score of self-injection of insulin was 66.10 ± 12.39 and the average behavior score was 69.64 ± 10.02,which were both at medium level.Conclusion The status of diabetes related knowledge of self-injection of insulin in diabetics is not satisfactory.And their operate was under-specification.In the process of diabetes management,the health education and standardized operation of self-injection of insulin should be strengthened to reduce the adverse reactions and complications.
