肝缺血再灌注损伤机制与防治的最新认识 被引量:4

摘要 肝缺血再灌注损伤(hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury,HIRI)发生在诸如肝移植、肝肿瘤切除、创伤及失血性休克后的肝衰竭中,并在此过程中产生严重的病理生理问题。恢复血供以后,肝脏承受更深一步的打击,加重原先由于缺血造成的损伤。HIRI是导致术后肝功衰竭的重要原因之一,其病理生理复杂,迄今尚无明确认识,故对其发生机制的研究已成为医学界关注的热点,如何防治HIRI亦是制约肝脏外科发展的重要因素。
