摘要 本文在 1m2 薄膜蒸发器试验装置上进行了烧碱浓缩试验。分析了进料量、转速和粘度对传热性能的影响 ,提出了适宜进料量、最佳进料量、适宜转速的概念以及薄膜蒸发器优化设计的新思路 ,具有工程应用价值。 In this paper,the caustic soda concentration test was done in 1m 2 thin film evaporator laboratory equipment.The Influence among fluid quantity,rotation speed,viscosity and heat transfer performance was analyzed,the concept of proper fluid quantity,optimum fluid quantity and proper rotation speed was put forward and the idea of optimizing design of the thin film evaporator was proposed.
