摘要
民国时期是中国宗教法获得长足发展的时期,有关部门先后制定了多种法律法规,从法律上对当时的宗教现象和宗教生活进行了概括和界定。不管是对正统的佛教、道教、儒学以及基督教等,还是对民间信仰都在法律上给予一定地位,使得这一时期的中国各宗教获得了应有的承认。民国时期的宗教立法对当时社会具有多方面作用。
The period of the Republic of China witnessed the this period, the related departments made a variety of laws and religious phenomena and religious life. A certain importance was rapid development of Chinese religious law. In regulations, legally summarizing and defining legally attached to orthodox Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism and Christianity as well as other folk beliefs, leading to due recognition of different religions in this period. The present paper analyzes the effect of religious legislation on the society of the period of the Republic of China.
