Professional Burnout of Teachers in Private Colleges of Anhui Province

通过调查发现,安徽省民办高校教师的职业倦怠程度处于中度倦怠水平,主要问题出在情感耗竭和成就感降低方面,尤其是成就感降低方面比较明显。主要从社会、学校、教师、学生等角度分析了安徽省民办高校教师职业倦怠的成因,并提出相应的解决对策。

A survey reveals that teachers in private colleges of Anhui Province are suffering professional burnout on a moderate level, which results from emotional exhaustion and reduced personal accomplish- ment. This paper analyzes the reasons for their burnout from the angles of the society, the colleges, the teachers and the students. On such a basis, it puts forward suggestions to handle it.
