摘要
介绍了激光辐照效应研究型物理实验的教学探索实践,利用CO2激光对石英玻璃元件表面进行辐照处理,实现对元件亚表面裂纹等缺陷的修复,另外对CO2激光辐照热效应过程进行了理论解释。该实验可作为高年级本科生的专业选修实验,以及课程设计或毕业设计的研究型实验,对培养和锻炼学生的创新能力,发挥学生的主观能动性等都有重要的意义。
The laser-irradiation-effects experiment was introduced as a research-oriented physics experiment in teaching. The silica glass surface scratch was mitigated by CO2 laser treatment. The laser treatment mechanism was also introduced. The laser-irradiation experi- ments may be accepted as a specialized elective experiment teaching of the seniors, as well as course design, and diploma project. Through the experiment, the student's creative ability can be trained and developed.
